News about NATO

One of Russia’s top security officials called on Thursday for Russians to mobilize to inflict “maximum harm” on Western societies and infrastructure as payback for increasingly tough sanctions being imposed on Moscow by the U.S. and its allies.

The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, gave a long interview to the Swiss weekly magazine "Weltwoche" during which he revealed that Serbia controls the reserves of oil, flour, sugar as in 3-4 months we will have a world war.

Due to the very good relations of the Serbian president with B. Putin and Moscow, it is possible that Vucic knows what is going on behind the scenes and that he conveyed some Russian ultimatum to NATO, especially after the admission of the transfer of Ukrainian F-16s to NATO ones bases in Romania and Poland.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has announced that Ukraine and its future assistance will be a major focus of discussion in a Defense Ministers meeting Thursday and Friday, which comes parallel to the G7 summit happening in Italy, where both Biden and Zelensky are meeting on its sidelines.

Ukrainian strikes anywhere inside Russia using Western-donated F-16 aircraft would not be an escalation of the conflict and would not make NATO member states parties to it, the military bloc’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has claimed.

Several European nations intend to provide dozens of the warplanes once Ukraine has pilots and ground infrastructure to fly them.

NATO countries have "comfortably exceeded" a target of placing 300,000 troops on high-readiness as the alliance grapples with the threat from Russia, a senior alliance official said Thursday.

NATO leaders agreed in the wake of Moscow's invasion of Ukraine in 2022 to massively ramp up the number of forces that alliance commanders can deploy within 30 days.

"The offers on the table from allies comfortably exceed the 300,000 that we set," the official said on condition of anonymity.

The Train Has Left the Station and No One Can Stop It. Europe Will be at War with Russia. Serbias President A. Vucic By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts Ladylove

These are the words of Serbia’s President Aleksander Vucic. He ought to know. He is in the middle of it. He thinks Europe will be at war with Russia in “not more than three or four months,” if that long.

President Vucic says “no one is attempting to stop the war. Nobody is speaking about peace. Peace is almost a forbidden word.” Scroll down for text and 5 minute video
